A $35.00 charge will be applied to your account for any DRIVING HOUR that is not cancelled 24 HOURS in advance or if your child does not have his/her Permit with them.

This was also stated in the Parental agreement that you signed.  No child can go driving with a staff member if the Parental agreement was not signed or if your child does not have their Permit with them.  It does not matter if your child made the appointment without your knowledge, if an appointment is made it must be kept.
